1、 Loading and unloading scheme, method and requirements:
1. First lay two layers of stainless steel wire mesh with holes less than 5mm on the grate in the activated alumina tower, and then lay another layer of 100mm on the steel mesh Φ 20mm porcelain ball.
2. Fill it evenly into the tower with special tools, and its free falling height shall not exceed 1m during filling.
3. The filling shall be flat and uniform, and the operator shall step on the wood when entering the tower to work.
4. A layer of stainless steel wire mesh and 100mm high steel wire mesh shall be paved above the tower top Φ 20mm ceramic ball to prevent the air flow from blowing away the activated alumina and make the air flow evenly distributed.
2、 Start up:
1. Before formal start-up, purge and replace the system with nitrogen or other inert gas until the oxygen content in the gas is less than 0.5%.
2. After being added into the system, feed gas is supplied to gradually boost the pressure. After the pressure is normal, the system will operate at half load for 2 ~ 5 hours to adjust the process conditions. After it is stable, increase the load to normal production.
3、 Parking:
1. Shut down temporarily, close the inlet valve of activated alumina tower and maintain the pressure. If the system has leakage, N2 shall be used to maintain the pressure to prevent negative pressure of the system.
2. Replacement and shutdown: close the inlet and outlet valve of the activated alumina tower and reduce it to atmospheric pressure, and then replace the feed gas in the tower with air when it is isolated from the production system. When the oxygen content of the gas in the tower reaches 20%, open the activated alumina tower and unload the products.
