What are activated alumina particles in the solidification process? Developers are more aware of this, but some users do not understand, so in order to better use the product. Next, I will give you a detailed introduction:
Taking the three phases (liquid phase, γ phase and α phase) that are easy to appear in the solidification process of particles as the research objects, the optical constants and radiation characteristics of activated alumina particles in the above three phases are analyzed. In the spectral range from ultraviolet to near-infrared, different radiation mechanisms of particles are considered, and the relationship between optical constants and phase states is analyzed. Based on the calculation results of the absorption index model of particles in different phases, a mathematical model was established to describe the radiation characteristics of isothermal alumina particles in different phases. It is found that the calculated value of spectral radiation intensity of alumina particles with different phases is close to the experimental value.
The phase state of activated alumina particles during the curing process is described above. Understanding these can help us see its characteristics and make better use of it.
